Green Spotlight Services is an eco-friendly junk removal company that will come to your home or business and remove items you no longer want or need, for a fee. We charge by volume based on the space your items take up in our truck, not the time it takes to haul them away, and all labor and dump fees are included in our price.
We do all the work! Aside from indicating what you want our team to take away, you don’t need to lift a finger. When you book an appointment for a Green Spotlight Services estimate, we ask you to pick a convenient two-hour window for our team to arrive. We’ll call you 15-30 minutes before we arrive to let you know we’re on our way.
Once at your home or business, a team of two well-trained, friendly professionals will look at the items you want to be hauled away and provide you with a written estimate. If you’re happy with that estimate, we can remove the items right on the spot. We guarantee never to charge more than our estimated price – and will charge less if the truck is emptier than predicted.
When the job is complete, you’ll be given a receipt with the final price. If appropriate, the team will perform a sweep-up of the site, and you’ll be free of your junk!

We do our best to keep as many of your items out of the landfill as possible. We donate furniture and other items to charity at our customers’ request and strive to recycle any items that cannot be donated. Whatever cannot be donated or recycled is taken to the town transfer station.
Yes. When our team are loading your items, they determine what can be donated and recycled, and we make every effort to divert your items from the landfill.
We offer a discount on same-day or next-day appointments, but we do fill up fast, so if you know you’ll have a certain day free, book right away! Contact us at (603) 858-6933 to speak with a friendly and helpful representative from our appointment center.
We charge based on how much space we fill up in the truck. The price includes all labor, dump fees, and time. There are no hidden fees. When we come to your house, we will provide you with a free estimate before we do any work.
Heavy construction material: For heavy construction or other dense material, we can load the truck only to a maximum depth of one foot. Examples of heavy construction/dense materials include masonry, gravel, concrete, brick, soil/dirt, tiles, and shingles.
Labor and moving with no removal services rendered: If you need an item like a new couch or table in your house moved from one place to another after we remove your junk, our luggers would be happy to help. Any substantial extra labor like the preparation of items for removal (including deconstructing furniture, bagging items, carpet removal, and other similar tasks) will be billed at an hourly rate.
Though we strive to take everything we can, there are some items we are unable to remove. We cannot take hazardous materials, including:
We are licensed to remove non-hazardous solid waste only, which is waste you would typically find in your trash at home. We are not licensed to transport or dispose of any combustible, caustic, toxic, or unstable chemicals.

We prefer customers to be on-site or have someone there to represent them. We call 15-30 minutes before arrival to let you know we are on our way. If you’re unable to be on-site, we call you with your estimate to approve before we do any work.
Our truck size is the size of a small bedroom or studio apartment, with measurements of 12 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet high. The truck is equal to the size of a 16-cubic-yard dumpster* and can hold the volume of 10 standard refrigerators.
*Exact truck dimensions may vary slightly by location.
Two strong and efficient members of our team – more upon request – will arrive with everything needed to remove your items. The team comes stocked with tools, shovels, brooms, rakes, a tarp, and a dolly for moving larger items. Our friendly team are trained to stack your items in such a way that they can fit as much as possible, giving you the most value for your dollar.
We also keep shoe covers and rolled carpets in the truck to protect your floors as we move about your house. We do not operate machinery or carry ladders.
We guarantee ensures that the price provided on-site before beginning a job (not the price range given over the phone) is the maximum amount that we will charge a customer once a job is completed. However, if the items we remove replace less of the truck than originally anticipated, we will charge less than our original estimate – guaranteed!
Picture your couch. Then picture a friend’s couch. Then picture your parents’ couch. You have three very different images in your head, don’t you? Since junk comes in all shapes and sizes, we cannot give an accurate estimate until we see the items on-site. Pricing is based on the nature and volume of the material, and we cannot give you an accurate price until we see the exact amount and type of junk you have. We can review a general range of pricing with you over the phone, and upon arrival, we can give you a very close estimate as to how much it will cost.
Yes. In the extremely unlikely case that your home is damaged during our service, our trucks and employees are fully insured, which means your home is fully protected. We have liability insurance, workman’s compensation, and theft/collision insurance for the trucks.
The two-hour window allows our luggers to deal with unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or jobs before yours that were larger than expected. Our team calls 15-30 minutes before they arrive, so you’ll always know when they are on their way!
